History in the Making

Our first steps into the London residential property market were ostensibly made in the worst possible economic circumstances - directly following the collapse of the Lehman Brothers and in the midst of the worst recession in 80 years. Following one well considered purchase, our passion quickly turned to success.

Our close-knit family team soon extended beyond our corporate structure to include our private backers and preferred partners, with whom we enjoy close, strong relationships to this day.

The Creation of ARC

In early 2014, following successful developments in Marylebone and Mayfair, we felt the Prime Central London market was overcrowded and overheated. 

Whilst retaining a presence in Hampstead, a shift in strategic focus was tested via a joint venture in Brixton and the purchase of a brownfield site in Crouch End, to ensure our skills and experience in the luxury residential market could translate. Success in both meant our strategy was executed in full by the end of 2014. 

In 2015, we took the next inevitable step, diversifying further with a purchase in Hackney to provide innovative new workspace to create employment, alongside high quality new homes.
